This is the first checkpoint after replacing the earlier CMS experiments.

The front page now does exactly what it should:

newest posts stay at the top
the calendar acts like the index surface
the rest of the site behaves like a calm little publishing system instead of a giant app

First public log entry after the Statamic rebuild, written to prove out the new homepage stack and feed cadence.
